- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind, sizing issues (unless incorrectly sent), or personal preference.

- You will not be charged for return shipping if the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

- If approved, we will process your refund through a method coordinated with you (since payments are cash-on-delivery).
